History of Clock Companies

I have included this page for those folks trying to find information on their own clocks, and to supply historical information pertaining to different clock manufacturers.  While I have never minded receiving email from folks looking for info, it has simply become overwhelming. I have been spending several hours each day trying to answer emails. Also, we don't have books and information to do proper appraisals for any clocks other than US made clocks and even those are difficult to do at a distance as one of the factors of value is the location of the item.  A clock that may be worth $400 here in Arkansas, may be worth $1200 in New York! Because of these factors we will no longer provide online appraisals. To find out about your clock please contact either a local antique shop or perhaps a jewelry store. You can also try contacting the NAWCC (National Association of Watch and Clock Collectors). Or try the following site.  http://www.clockswatches.com/index.html
